Singing Is Not My Forte

But it is something that I like and enjoy doing.

I used to tell those around me that one of the things to do in my life is to record a song and put it on YouTube one fine day and like everything else, days passes in the blinks of eyes and there's still no song, no YouTube.

One night, I decided to pick up my 10 bucks microphone from years back and just started singing and recording in really bad quality and bad singing.  After that I decided to send it to my Godbrother for some laughs and what a turn of events.  Instead of laughing at me, he actually encouraged me to post it on YouTube.  What he said was if I never do it that night, I will never do it and I will never start.  He told me everyone needs a starting point and that is one truth that I cannot ignore so I did.

I posted my first ever singing video on YouTube on 7th of February this month and by today, I've posted my 3rd video.  It is far from perfection, very near to imperfection but hey, one achievement accomplished in life is one step nearer to chasing down all your dreams and doing them and that in itself is something special and intimate to yourself.  Its like feeding your soul with happiness and with life instead of just stressing and dumping it with work loads and tiredness.

I know that I still sound like I have not gone through puberty nor someone with great vocal but I am glad and thankful enough to have a voice to use and because of that, it overcome my fear and shyness of sharing it with all of you.  Quite on the contrary, I am happy and humbly would like to share my singing with the rest of you and hope that you would in turn chase down your dreams and do it irregardless of what type of dream it is.

Aftermath (Nightmare) of Valentines 2014

For some, Valentines Day is all about loving one another more on that special day, dressing and spending candle light dinner together and wrapped in each other's arms.

For some, its about spending that day alone and hating the world and the chocolates while refusing to step out of one's home just so they would not be caught for murdering lovely couples on the street.

For me, its making a fool out of myself, once again.

The story is, you obviously dress up and try to look appropriate for valentines so here I am, decent looking enough =3

Then when its time for food, of all the things to be served, there's this awesome dish known Squid Ink Spaghetti (It has a fancy French name but I am too lazy to look it up xD) and its known to taste really rich and good and hey, it looks great.

Yeah well... that valentines lunch escalated pretty quickly from there.

Jk xD It was valentines lunch over at my Godparent's place and we all ended up looking like that but still, one could not resist laughing at one another when we all look like we've just finished tarring the roads with our mouth.

Its just a heads up for all of you, do not eat anything squid ink related stuff whenever you are out in public or order anything with lots of black pepper with it when you are on a date with someone new because you will end up looking like the Wicked Witch from.. well, wherever you are seated at that moment =p

On another whole new random note, I never realized my hair has grown so long o_o I chopped it all off in December 2012 and whoa, 1 year and 2 months + multiple time of cutting, my hair is really pretty long and I did not realized it until today when I asked my godbrother to help me take a picture cause of the braid.

Lol, I was really overwhelmed when Neko awarded me an award because I have always seen it around on other people's blog but I never know what it is or how to get it, other than it's a pretty looking award badge that you can proudly put on your blog.

So when I got it, like I mentioned previously I have no idea what this is or how to do this.  Do I enter some kind of 'contest'?  Do I need votes or so?  After a bit of digging around, I seem to get a short answer to my questions.

No one really knows the origin of Liebster Blog Award and Liebster means "Dearest" in German (so perhaps we might just have a vague idea of the country of origin of this award >D).

It acts like a chain mail but the nice type where you pass this 'award' around fellow bloggers who has less than 200 readers (probably judging from their GFC number), motivating new bloggers around the world to "hang in there, you will get there" and not give up on blogging because that's what most people do.

After nominating other fellow bloggers, you are allowed to ask them 11 questions and if they want to accept the award, they will have to post the 11 questions that you have prepared for them on their blog and answer them.  Nominated bloggers are of course allowed to reject the award and no worries, nothing bad will happen to you <3  See?  This award is cool :D

Where do you see yourself in ten years from now?

That's one really tough question, Neko lol.  10 years from now, of course I want to be a successful person in whatever I do, be it blogging (yes I do intend to blog until I am old and saggy and you are welcome for that mental image that I've just dropped on you) or my current work.  I want to (which I will) be reunited with my love ones where we just stay under one roof in one State instead of several different State or countries.  Strive for my goals together with the people around me who has been supporting me since day 1, aka my Godbrother and Passion Laboratory.  Meeting new friends that I would love to keep for the next 10 years and more, like Peet.  Well basically everything good and positive.  Who would want to go downhill in the future lol.  We only want to climb higher, steeper and faster than everyone else =P

If someone gave me 100$ to spend immediately, what or who would it be for?

Hmm.  If there's nothing that I have on my want-to-get-list for now, most likely I would save it up first.  :D  Spend wise!  100 bucks is not that easy to come by DD


My favourite piece of clothing (shoes & co. included)

I love dresses.  All kinds of dresses.  Casual dress, beach dress, night gowns, party dress, dress dress dress.  As long as they are a one piece clothing and they fit into me, they will be my new instant love.  Hahaha.  Shoes o.o  Favourite shoes.  My favourite shoes is this:

Well, you did ask ._.  This shoe has been with me for 2 years and it still looks brand new.  This faithful pair of shoes has kept my feet warm when I left an imprint of my weight on the snow of Fuji Mountain and it still looks brand new till today.

YES I know it's a male shoe.  What can I say?  They make the most comfortable male shoes and some alien shoes that tries very hard to deform a female feet with all those arches and heels ;_;

Once, my mom walked into my apartment and shouted out loud "Why is there a guy's shoe here?  WHICH MALE HAS BEEN TO YOUR APARTMENT?"  I gave her a really intimidating bish stare that looks like this:

What's my favourite Video or computer game?

Ooh this is tough because there are too many!  For NOW, my absolute YouTube love is Alex Goot because he is simply mesmerizing!  I shall not tell on how awesome he is in case I 'sense' competition.  Period.

Computer game!  Wow lol.  My old time favourite is of course Ragnarok Online :D  The flat one, not the new HD one because I haven't got around trying it.  I spent so much sleepless night over it and getting to know lots of people from around the world and that's when I started laughing 'hauehauehauehaueha' up till today.  That's a Brazillian laugh, fyi.  >D

Is there any "special" person (dead or alive) that I would like to meet?

For now it's probably my maternal grandmother.  She's like a second mom to me because when mommie's working, grandma will be at home taking care of me :D  She cooks the most delicious crab on Earth among many other things and she says some of the wisest things despite not having a chance on education.  Grandma passed away last June but we weren't sad because she has lived a very vibrant life.  She passed away at the age of 97 with 5 generations of her 'off-springs' by her death bed and we all loved her to bits.  I guess we have spent enough time with her and she has spent enough time with us that there wasn't much regret at the end.

Grandma did appear twice (in a night) in my dream once and it wasn't scary or creepy.  In fact it was quite heart warming and funny =')

What is my earliest childhood memory?

Oho-ho.  You know how some adults thinks babies are incapable of thinking and all they do is cry all day long?  My earliest memory was this:  I believe I was still a very young child as I was incapable of speech and my mom was holding me in her arms.  She was saying something and I was replying but she doesn't get it and after a few try, it because really annoying and I just cried thinking "WHY CAN'T YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM SAYING AT ALL!!"  It was many years later that I realized I was probably going 'gugu gaga' then 'waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa' lol but that IS actually my earliest childhood memory lol.  Crazy.

What special power would you choose:  Being able to fly, breath under water, read minds, look into the future, invisibility or immortality?

Either being able to fly or invisibility lol.  Damn, tough choices!  Being able to fly is awesome but I might get knocked by planes or maybe being weak towards kryptonite.  Being invisible means being able to go into any concert and being in VIP seats or watching free movies every Thursday in the cinema.  HMM.  Maybe I will go with invisibility.  Or fly. I don't know.  Damn.  I will think about it when the time comes.  LOL.

When did you first started blogging and why?

This is actually my third attempt at blogging lol.  My first one was more than 7 years back and when I look back at my first blog, it made baby seal cry because of the horrible English, grammar, content and 0mG ! tYp3 L!k3 tH!$!  Oh keel me please.

I actually really like my second blog which I started 3 years back but I discontinued it last March because I seldoml blog on it, like perhaps a post or two in few months time and there's a number of copyrighted pictures used =P  We were all young and innocent once pft.  

My current blog is my third and hopefully last :D  All pictures are duly credited and I am more active / motivated to blog more often!  :D 

WHY?   ANOTHER VERY GOOD QUESTION, NEKO!  

I saw blog as an opportunity and also a medium to record the parts and parcel of my life.  It doesn't always have to be an interesting post or out of the world post but something as simple as talking about my car's shelf life is expiring, a random act of kindness from a total stranger or to recording my travelling experiences so that I can share it with my relatives and one thing leads to another so ever since August last year up until now, I am proud to say that I have been enjoying my blogging experience so far and perhaps one day, I could just be a full time blogger instead of having a blog for fun and having another career :D

Lol.  Not sure if any of you heard of this but that time there was no fancy CSI or Blue Blood or stuff like that.  It was the era of Alias, Beast master, Sydney Fox:  The Relic Hunter and so on.  To be honest I actually like all of them but if you really want me to pick one out, I would go with Alias because I like Sydney Bristow (Jennifer Garner)'s multiple changes in appearances and all.  I find it exotic and intoxicating lol.

Bras & Bikinis - The Difference?

Both cover's up a girls' body in a sensual way and they both look almost the same so what's the difference?

Easiest difference to tell is:  One pushes your boobs up to your ears and the others shows itself in its natural state.  Well, it kinda applies for push-up bras *shrugs*

Anyways!  What I wanted to talk about is how a girl would react when a guy sees a girl in bras or bikinis.  The difference in their reaction is like Heaven and Earth.  Girls struts their beautifully carved body and assets on the beach with the skimpiest bikinis ever invented out there that you do wonder how do they stay on with just two bare strings (or one interconnected string for G-Strings) whereas if a guy walks into a girl who was changing her clothes but fully clad in her bra and underwear, she screams her head off!  I bet many of you wondered about the same thing too!

What I can conclude from is that this is simply the difference of whether or not there was prior consent.  One is done willingly and voluntarily while the other, it felt like someone had intruded upon your sacred moment with the worst vulgar action ever because that sense of security has been forcefully taken away.  The best example that I could come up with is the difference between consented sex and rape (which goes for both genders) so you would roughly know what I mean.  They both involves the same action (I believe unless you have an out of the world fetish) but the outcome is so different.  One brings out the love in both parties whereas the other is just downright- I don't even want to talk about it.

I believe it goes the same with guys as well and not just us girls but perhaps on a lower level of hysteria case.  Guys too strut and show their toned bodies at the beach but walk into them while they are changing (bottoms clothed) they might do a flip or squeal like a little lady too.  One's body does not simply change from just a gaze but it is mostly the mental part that you've intruded upon uninvited.

Well that being say, I've got to apologize to my beloved readers for my long absence.  Lots of things, crazy (good) things has happened this past weeks and the most awesome one so far is that I've got featured in the Newspaper!! .*confetti*  Well, with 6 others but well, at least I was a part of it!  I got featured in the Newspaper!!! (repeats) LOL (for the first time in my life!) The euphoria of that and seeing the happiness that shines from my parents face is priceless <3

The competition's about coming up with ideas for phone apps to bring Malaysians together by DiGi, who started out as a new cellular and ISP few years back which quickly grown to being one of the top cellular and ISP in Malaysia within a span of 10 years give or take and is continuing to forever improving themselves and providing better services for their customers.

From nearly two thousands participants, we were shortlisted to top 30 then top 7 and I was one of the 7!! *confetti once more!*

Never Forget the 3 Types of People in Your Life

One, those who have helped when you were in your difficult times.

Two, those who had left you when you were in your difficult times.

Three, those who'd put you in your difficult times.

I came across this so-called principle today and I immediately thought of the old saying "Forgive and Forget".  So what are we supposed to do now?  Are we really to forgive and forget a wrong that was done onto us?  Are we actually CAPABLE of forgiving AND forgetting?

What about you?  Are you the Forgive and Forget type or Forgive but NOT Forget?

I believe up till now, most of us has been 'hurt' or 'wronged' by someone close to us be it your partner, your best friend or just a friend that you thought you could trust.  So what happens after you are wronged?  Do you guys break off the friendship or you simply mend it?  If you DO mend it, what happens next?  You have forgiven the person yes, but would you actually forget what the person has done?

From past experience, I am the forgive but not forget type because I find it impossible to just slip this piece of memory off my mind.  I could push it to the furthest corner my brain could store but it will still be there somewhere.  If only my memory wasn't being such a scumbag during exams where my trusted motto applies:  Study and WILL, MOST DEFINITELY forget.  Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way.

My mom is the forgive and forget type because there are times when someone else brought up things that happened sometime ago and she has no recollection of that event happening so I guess the old saying does apply somehow, in certain cases :D

I am sure there are some among us who does NOT forgive and does NOT forget.  I always find it easier to forgive someone for their mistakes but it has proven very hard to forget about it because that feeling of being misunderstood or blamed or victimized, it's much harder to store that memory away.

Anyways, back to today's post, it would seem that the principle stands solid for me.  I am not able to forget those who has helped me in my troubled times.  If I am able to that, I will label myself as a heartless bish and a A-Class Ungrateful person.

Two, I might just totally forget about the person that would ditch me when I am in troubled waters, skipping through the forgiving part conveniently because people like this does not deserve your attention nor sorrows towards them.

Third, WHO in the right mind would actually forget someone who TRIED to DROWN them?!  You could forgive the person if it was done unintentionally (like kicking you full int he face accidentally when you tried to resurface and stuff) but would you actually forget?  I don't think so!  Morever so if it was done intentionally!  You would be mental to actually forgive and forget such person lol -> at least that's my honest opinion :D

People tend to be a little bit sadistic and sinister so I will save the best for the last so lets start with Thanks >D

First of all, THANK YOU for letting me have my precious Internet back!  It's been approximately ONE month (as of today) since I last have any Internet connection and gone are the days where I have to camp in McDonald or Godbrother's house or sitting in my car parked outside my friend's place stealing their wifi (just kidding, my friend did offer but I don't want to be caught and hauled to the police station for doing this) just so that I can get a few orgasmic moment of having Internet, so to my Internet Service Provider (ISP), here, have my thanks +1.

Second, THANK YOU mommie for being here with me during Chinese New Year.  Next year it will be a family reunion with daddie and everything would be perfect <3  Three round family members together is one of the best thing that could ever happen!

Those are the thanks that I would like to share with you all so now comes the juicy part.  Who loves to hear some rage stories?  I know I do!

First, THANK YOU TELESHIT + STREAMSHIT = SHITSHIT ISP.  When I was down without internet for 3 weeks. all you did was shove me left, right, up and above whenever I call your helpline for help regarding my line (this sentence should not even go together).

I've subscribed to shitshit in December last year and up to January 14th, my speed was less than 10% of the promised speed / the speed that I paid for using speedtest.net AND also shitshit's official speed test website.

On January 15th, I made my first report to shitshit helpline to ask them to give me the speed that I am supposed to have for the amount of money that I am paying and what do you know, January 15th onwards, my line seems to be non-existing and I have no freaking internet to use except stalking wifi at various places!

Called, called and called some more to shitshit helpline and all they gave me was more and more report numbers instead of my internet back to me.  They keep telling me that it's my internal wiring problem and that I should refer to my management (because I am staying in an apartment) and it is not shitshit's fault where I CONSTANTLY tell them that I've referred to my management, not once, not twice but THRICE until the management's engineer came to my room to check on the so call problematic internal wiring and there's no freaking problem with the internal wiring okay.  It's your shitshit's fault and you are not doing anything at all to help me get my internet back.  All you did was refer me to someone else, made me waste my money on calling you and being put on hold, given the same memorized script over and over again and at the end of the day, gave me a new report number.

I thought of giving them more chances until February 8th, that was the last straw.  As I've mentioned, I did my first report to shitshit on 19th and on guess what I found in my letter box on January 28th, A FREAKING BILL dated January 28th!! WHAT / WHY DID YOU WANT ME TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT I CAN'T FREAKING USE, not to mention all those time that I used to call you (which wasn't free by the way)!

I put my foot down that very instant and went to terminate shitshit internet the following day and telling them that I am NOT paying for something that I can't use!

I've gotten my internet back because I've subscribed to a certain broadband which gave me instantaneous activation and I could surf straight away!  Only downside with broadband is, it's not unlimited :<  So I've got a pretty tight bandwidth and limited use for now but it's better than paying for a non-existing Internet service.

During those time of the month, all I want to do is just digest chocolate all day long.  I am not sure if it really helps but it is the perfect excuse for one to eat chocolates and what is better than eating off an entire bottle of Nutella?

Convenient size and tasty as mad.  All I have to bear in mind is not to choke on it like how I almost glue my mouth together with peanut butter.  I am contemplating chomping down an entire bottle of Nutella and the ONLY reason stopping me is because I've got to fetch my mom next week.  I don't want to risk being reported for trying to kidnap my mom for looking like this:

ARARARARARA!!

I don't want to play chase with her around the airport with her screaming "HELP! HELP!  SOME FAT ASIAN KID IS TRYING TO EAT ME!" because she couldn't recognize me!!

All in all, Nutella is one evil piece of Heaven on Earth.  Personal advice, when you see Nutella, run the opposite way as fast as your chubby radish leg can bring you!

Whatever it is guys, no matter how sad you are from break ups, how stressed you are from work or exams or how bad your stomach cramp is, try not to comfort yourself too much with comfort food.  Seek for a friend's help or turn to your parents, NOT comfort food alright!

You might just fall into a worst depression AFTER you get over your first depression when you look at yourself in the mirror because comfort food are comforting for your emotions but it shows on your physique.

Misunderstood Single / Only Child

 Yesterday, out of curiousity I googled "Single Child" and the top 5 results that came out are this:

Tell me what do YOU think about it?  I think it's fairly insulting truth be told.  First of all, the repetition of the word 'syndrome'.  Wikipedia, our forever faithful friend, defined Syndrome as:

Clinically recognize features.  Now that is not very nice isn't it.  Other than being branded as a person having clinically recognize features, a single child person cannot run off from being branded as the following in the most commonly used terms in numerical order:

ONE.  SPOILED BRAT.  This is the number 1 name calling that single child gets (not deserve) when asked if they have siblings and they say no.
Two.  Selfish
Three. Bossy
Four.   Lonely
Five.    Maladjusted
Six.      Troubles with social skills
Seven.  Craves attention
Eight.    Nasty and stubborn

The list goes on and on and never ending and most of it are pointing towards the negative side of a human being.  According to Wikipedia, one is even dubbed as the "Little Emperor", which is saying someone who gets whatever they want anytime they want, subtlety or crudely saying that a single child is spoiled or overly pampered by their parents that their every whim is attended to.   Trust me, we get scoldings and spankings more than you ever did because well, my parents can't just shout at some non-existing sibling that I don't have so when they have to yell at someone, that would be me, and only me.  There is no CARTER, GET DOWN HERE!  Or VERONICA WHY DID YOU PROVOKE YOUR SISTER!  It's MICHELLE YOU COME HERE THIS INSTANCE! or MICHELLE WHY DID YOU EAT GRANDMA'S CAKE? or MICHELLE I KNOW IT'S YOU WHO DREW ON THE WALL, NOT YOUR IMAGINARY FRIEND JENNIFER! You get the picture.

Then let me ask you, what did single child ever do to deserve all this name branding?  Just because a person does not have siblings does not mean they are naturally the nastiest or most selfish person on Earth, nor are they socially awkward around people.  Just because someone HAS siblings does not mean the person has leadership quality, kind and caring and shares everything they has.

On the VERY CONTRARY, I would've thought that a single child is MORE willing to SHARE their things because they never have the need of being protective or territorial over their space or toys that most people with siblings would feel, unless if of course their age gap is huge.

I would also believe that single child are people who matures faster than children with siblings simply because, you can't expect their parents to talk gugu gaga to them all the time.  They are more attentive and sensitive to adult's conversation rather than their peers because ever since young, they have been exposed to adult (parents) talking and even though a child might not be able to respond or communicate fluently, their still comprehend.  They get the gist of what the adults are talking about and because of constant exposure and 'hanging out' with adults, they actually get a sense of the real world faster than children with siblings who are constantly dolled up with fairy tales of Santa or Tooth Fairy or fighting to see who gets the last limb of that poor toy.

I've even read a report about one problem that single child has - talking to themselves and having imaginary friend.  The last time I checked, almost EVERY child, regardless or not whether they are the only child or not TALKS to THEMSELVES and HAVE imaginary friend!  So JUST because they are the only child, this automatically becomes a PROBLEM for them and it's deemed completely NORMAL for kids with siblings?  What nonsense is this?!  It's like telling a single child that its a crime to have a toy but it would be alright if that same toy was given and shared between two kids.

Do you guys see just how conceited and judgmental you guys are?

Generally, only child do not have much problem in their social environments because if they could understand adults and converse with them in adult topic, it is very likely that they are able to converse with their peers.  It's like knowing how to do algebra first and then only starting to get to know how to do adding and subtraction.  Easy peasy.  Perhaps the ONLY reason they are not very keen to be socially friendly with their peers is because they think that whatever they are talking about is too kiddish or immature for them, heh.  That is also a reason why only child likes to talk to people beyond their age, because they feel like the topic is more synced to their thinking.

Only child also feels a heavier sense of responsibility, contrary to others beliefs who thinks only child are spoiled, insensitive brat who has no sense of whatever is going around the world and is only stuck in their own world and that the world revolves around them.  If you are thinking of that, you have got it wrong.  That applies to those tycoon's kids who were taught that money can buy the world.  If you are rich but your parents taught you that money isn't everything, parents, good job, you have done parenting right.

Why would I say only child has a heavier sense of responsibility?  I can explain it in a mathematical term:  Probability.  When you have multiple siblings, say 4 siblings, the probability of having 1 successful kid and 3 useless kids is split into the ratio of 1:3  The probability of having 2 successful kids and 2 useless kids is a 50% chance thing.  You get the picture.  When you have siblings, chances for them to succeed is higher, thus when their parents reaches the age of say 65, they would have at least 1 kid who will have the means to take care of them.  If they are lucky, they might have 2 or 3 or even all 4 kids who had succeeded in life and then take care of them.

A single child, if you are useless, your parents are screwed.  If you are successful, the burden is still all on you to take care of everything:  Your life and both your parents life.  That's 3 lives that you have to take care of single handedly.  Siblings can still divide costs, monthly allowance and everything among themselves.  Even just having one other sibling, you are able to lighten up your burden by half but for single child, you do not have that choice.  As you grow up in life, you would know that you have to shoulder the entire burden and thus, setting the single child's character to be a person with a sense of responsibility.

If you think all that I've said above is not true, fine, that is up to you but the upcoming one that I am going to say is undeniable, as much as you want to.  Single child BONDS with their parents in a manner unlike to others that you have ever known.  This does not have to be explained.  I dare say any single child who reads this will definitely agree with me.  You have no idea how magical that bond is between a single child and their parents so parent's don't worry.  You will never even hear of one old folks home name.

Single child also suffers lesser inferiority complex because they are not constantly compared to their siblings who perhaps outshines them.  Though parents always says they love all their child equally, at times it is harder to maintain that equal love especially if you have two very different child and the odd one out will feel even more neglected that they already are in the first place.

I mean, even you also can't help liking person A more than person B right? >D


Another interesting fact is, if a single child runs into problem, the first person that they would call up is their parents no matter how bad the problem is.  The worst the problem the faster they dial their parent's phone number.  They do not confide that much with their peers unlike people with siblings, they confide in their peers or their own siblings but never their parents.

Just a small tip:  Do you know that being friends with a single child actually benefits you as well?  Because single child parents are terrified that their kid would be lonely, thus always being extra nice and extra friendly to their kid's friends.  Free car rides, free food, free movies and almost anything that they could give to their child, they might give it to you too because single child parents do feel guilty for not giving the single child a sibling, thus if they see that their child have a nice companion, they would automatically be nice and loving towards their child's companion as well.

I am not saying it's better to be a single child or it's bad to have siblings.  All I am saying is its very unfair to have all this branding and judging going on around for single child.  Single child too, have feelings.  We do not like those looks that you guys have on your face when we say that we are single child.  It is the look of "ooooooooooooooh, that explains why you are so spoiled'.  That is pure nonsense.  Anyone can be stubborn.  Anyone can be a social outcast and anyone can be nasty and no just single child person.

Given the Chance / Forced to Say Whatever's on Your Mind for 2 Hours in Your Entire Life

Would be the most disastrous 2 hours of the existence of your life.

Everyone would start stabbing each other with a knife.  I foresee that this will be worst than a zombie apocalypse because everyone's limb is 100% functioning.  No slow walking or dragging limbs zombie after you.  Some of them could just Bolt (Usain) their way towards you and give you a karate chop straight at your face.

What are you going to do?

Needless to say we are living in a society full of hypocrites or just some that don't dare to say whats on their mind, those who are beating around the bush but it due to this  "courtesy" that we are able to live in peace with each other to a certain extent.

We are always throwing compliments around and says the best that we could see in people but that's because really, how are we going to go about telling people the worst that we have seen in them even if we wish to?  It's like telling a woman her facial feature is superbly pretty but her nose is off centre.  That's like courting death itself.

No matter what we say to others, there will always be a line or a filter where there are some other things that we have thought of but we are not able to say it, provided if we aim to hurt or to savage a relationship then of course you can say it.  Most of the time we just keep it to ourselves because these are thoughts that do not have to be made known to others.

Everyone is always hiding something and it is this little voice that keeps the peace at bay.  Imagine telling everyone everything without a filter or a full stop.

Phil    :  Thanks for your present!  But I don't really like it.  I mean, this book that you have given me isn't even the genre that I always read and why the hell did you get me a soft cover book?  Looks cheap, feels cheap and even makes me look cheap when I am holding it!

You get the picture.  This World would be in chaos if such an invention were ever to be invented.  Perhaps it is not about being a hypocrite but rather to know when you should hold your tongue and be courteous.  There is no such thing as being 100% truthful or honest with whatever you say unless if you are prepared to abandon ship and live alone for the rest of your life, severing ties from your kins and friends.

The only person who is probably nearest to the point of being 'truthful' is Taylor Swift with all her break up songs >D

And for the record, I will hide myself in a cupboard, shutting myself from the outside world for that 2 hours.  No human interaction please!!

Double Standards for Third Parties When Pursuing a Relationship

Would you agree with me?

A few days ago, my two other friends and I were talking about what would happen if a third party is trying to go after another male or female who is already in a relationship and then we realized that there is this imbalance, or at least we feel there's an imbalance to this scale.

If a third party male goes after a girl who is already in a relationship, few things might happened.

i.The girl falls in love with the new guy and leaves her current partner.
ii.  Girl does not fall in love with guy but think he is sweet and continues to friendzone him.
iii. Girl's friends thinks third party guy is super romantic and sweet and perhaps encourage her to be with him if the current one isn't as good.
iii. Girl thinks he is creepy and totally cut him off the picture.

Success rate = 2/4
Friendzoned rate = 1/4
Gets ignored rate = 1/4

From how you look at it, the third party guy keeps a positive image to himself and only a quarter of a chance to get himself into muddy waters.

However, if today a third party female goes after a guy who is already in a relationship, the following will happen:

i.  She will be forever known as the bitch who stole / tries to steal someone else's man.
ii.  Whore.
iii.  Slut.
iv.  Vixen.
v.   Cheap.
vi.  No dignity.
vii.  Easy.

And every other nasty words that you can think of.

Do you agree or disagree with me?  I believe that the balance of the scale is pretty off in this picture (like duh) but when it comes to this aspect of life, there really is a double standard no matter how we look at this.

Aftermath of Christmas!

On Christmas Eve, I signed off by saying I am off to feast like a King with my Godparents and family.  

I must say.

I am IMPRESSED and I stuck TRUE TO MY WORDS!!  We DID feast like Kings and Queens! \o/  

Before we talk about food, we must first and foremost talk about presents!  What is Christmas without presents and food?!

I get to strike off another 'to-do' from my wishlist, that is to be SURROUNDED by PRESENTS!!

Look at the amount of presents!! HEAHEHAEUEAHUAE  Well of course not ALL of them are mine, but but but it still gives me a valid reason to stack them all around me to have a picture! =P  I actually did this secretly without anyone knowing and then asked my partner in crime to help me take this picture >_<  So Godmommie, when you see this, please do not smack me :D  Real mommie, don't smack me too please lol, it's too tempting and I am sorry to say but I gave in to temptation.

When night falls and the presents are against the Christmas lights, it really does look magical.

It has this magical feeling during the Christmas season but other than these presents calling out to us, there was an even bigger temptation calling out to ALL of us at the night before Christmas.  Yes, it is the FEAST!

The meal was so fulfilling and I think most of us have a slight hangover (we finished 3 bottles of wine and one bottle of Sparkling Rose) so I was super moody when I got back to work yesterday :<  No more food, no more Christmas, no more holidays ;_;  So depressing BUT, life's got to go on!  Right now, let us all look forward towards New Year okay? <3
